SCHEDULE : 8a-4p Mon-Thurs; 8a-2p Fri (patient hours); no call required for clinic or hospital fulltime candidates ONLY

START / END : start approximately May pending credentialing approval; duration approximately 6 months as they look to fill permanently

VOLUME : 15-18

OHIO LICENSE : prefer Ohio license but can present others

BOARD CERT : yes, board cert required; can t accept board eligible

SUPPORT STAFF : front desk; 2 LPNs (1 part-time handles insurers and other business matters; the other is assigned to doctor and helps room, take vitals etc); 1 RN who directs LPNs and does triage

EMR : Epic (called Careconnect internally)
