Lead Product Manager, Web Merchandising

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Work in-office Monday-Thursday; Work from home Fridays (no exceptions)
• Primary locations : San Francisco San Jose or Rocklin CA
• Minimum 5 years experience in Product Management or Senior Business Analyst roles within retail / eCommerce technology
• Deep experience with web merchandising solutions and managing large product catalogs
• Lead and manage large-scale eCommerce projects from initial vision through to implementation including large re-platform initiatives
• Responsible for stakeholder management : act as business lead gather requirements and document user stories
• Participate in change management related to new application / software delivery
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering to understand technical workflows and integrations
• Proficient with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence; Digital Asset Management (DAM) experience is a plus
