A company is looking for a SAIL Case Manager Supervisor. Key Responsibilities Oversees day-to-day operations of the SAIL case management team, ensuring high-quality service delivery Monitors performance and provides feedback, evaluations, and coaching to SAIL case managers Conducts regular audits and case reviews to ensure compliance with Navy standards and ethical guidelines Required Qualifications Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology Current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license for independent practice in relevant fields Two years of full-time clinical experience post-independent licensure or certification At least five years of specialized experience in providing clinical counseling supervision Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
