Title Curative Specialist

A company is looking for a Title Curative Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Review title commitments to identify and clear issues for issuing clear title

Conduct due diligence and fact-finding to remedy vesting discrepancies

Obtain necessary documents from clients, consumers, and third parties to resolve title defects

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Minimum of 2 years of work-related experience in a Title Curative or Title Claims role

Experience in the real estate industry or title and closing company

Ability to work across multiple curative queues and channels

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
