A company is looking for a Marketing Attorney, In-House.

Key Responsibilities

Review and advise on marketing and promotional materials, ensuring compliance with advertising and privacy regulations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide business-aligned legal guidance

Support process improvement and risk-mitigation initiatives

Qualifications

Admitted to practice law in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction

5+ years of experience in marketing and advertising law, with at least 3 years in an in-house environment

Deep understanding of digital marketing and promotions compliance

Prior experience supporting major consumer, tech, or retail brands preferred
