Location : Remote (Preference for candidates based in France or Sweden) Reports to : Vice President, Human Resources

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to support our international business operations and leadership teams outside of the U.S. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across EMEA and APAC, driving our people strategy and ensuring alignment with global business goals. The ideal candidate brings deep HR expertise, fluency in both French and English, and a proven ability to influence and execute across diverse regions and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders across EMEA and APAC to shape and execute business and people strategies that drive organizational performance and employee engagement.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for all leaders outside of the U.S., ensuring consistent alignment with global HR practices while adapting for local needs.
• Collaborate closely with U.S.-based HR and business leadership to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and execution of global initiatives.
• Lead strategic HR initiatives including organization design, leadership development, workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership.
• Advise leaders on complex people and organizational matters with a focus on strategic impact, cultural nuance, and business outcomes.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent & Learning, etc.) to deliver integrated HR solutions across regions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations in the regions of responsibility.
• Act as a cultural bridge and advocate, ensuring that regional perspectives are well-represented in global strategies and programs.
