    SUMMARY

    The Marketing Operations Lead is responsible for owning and optimizing the operational infrastructure of the marketing function. This role ensures seamless execution of marketing programs, manages systems and processes, and drives efficiency across brand initiatives, advertising, customer engagement, and channel support. As a key member of the marketing leadership team, this individual will coordinate cross-functional efforts and serve as the operational backbone of the department.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Marketing Program Execution & Coordination

  • Lead operational planning and execution of product sampling, branded merchandise, and customer subscription programs.
  • Partner with brand leads to support 360°ree; marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across teams.
  • Manage distributor channel communications and resources to maintain brand consistency and accessibility.
  • Coordinate internal communications for marketing launches, collateral updates, and events.
  • Marketing Systems & Process Ownership

  • Administer marketing technology platforms (CRM, marketing automation, asset libraries); ensure data integrity and system integration.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, ROI, and program metrics.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance team efficiency and scalability.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for recurring marketing operations activities.
  • Document & Asset Management

  • Oversee content updates and version control for marketing and sales documents.
  • Manage distribution of updated materials to internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain partner portals / shared drives with current tools, assets, and collateral.
  • Tradeshow & Event Operations

  • Support Commercial Operations with event planning and logistics, including coordination with agencies and vendors.
  • Manage visual concepts, promotional assets, and internal alignment for trade shows and educational events.
  • Budget & Vendor Management

  • Track marketing budgets and assist with invoice processing and financial coordination.
  • Manage vendor relationships for print, promotional goods, and marketing services.
  • Monitor inventory levels of collateral and branded merchandise.
  • Strategic & Functional Support

  • Support brand teams with sales performance analysis and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to develop and execute annual advertising plans across digital, print, and SEM channels.
  • Ensure compliance with brand, regulatory, and quality standards across all deliverables.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations (e.g., EPA water safety) and support market education initiatives.
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written, are essential.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, brand marketing, or project management.
  • Experience in dental or medical device industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and marketing automation platforms.
