What You'll Do :

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families via inbound calls.
• Answer questions about facilities, schedule tours, and guide families through enrollment.
• Place outbound follow-up calls to ensure families have the information they need.
• Think on your feet to resolve unexpected issuesno rigid scripts here!
• Collaborate with team members and centers to deliver an exceptional experience.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
