MUST HAVE LBS Evaluating plans :

• Evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plans and modifying them as needed  Maintaining documentation :  Keeping detailed notes of client progress and managing caseload  Learning :  Learning about new techniques, methods, and findings within the ABA field  Supervising :  Supervising and instructing others in the field with lower levels of certification  Consulting :  Providing consultation services and maintaining ongoing communication with all constituents  Assessing clients :  Observing clients and assessing their behavior challenges  Developing plans :  Creating plans to help clients overcome challenges, such as autism, ritualistic behavior, or cognitive impairment  Setting goals :  Setting realistic goals and objectives for clients  Providing support :  Providing support and professional learning for staff and family members  Collecting data :  Collecting data before and during the implementation of plans  Powered by JazzHR
