What You’ll Do :

As a vital team leader, you’ll balance hands-on care with administrative and supervisory responsibilities, including :

• Lead and Inspire : Supervise, schedule, and support a team of dedicated caregivers.
• Champion Quality Support : Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and ensure compassionate, person-centered care.
• Be Hands-On : Assist with daily living tasks like meal planning, personal care, and medication administration.
• Promote Community Integration : Accompany individuals on outings and provide transportation to work, activities, or appointments.
• Support Program Operations : Help with hiring, training, and maintaining staffing schedules.
