In this vital role, you will help streamline the execution of our video production projects within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Your attention to detail, strong project management skills, and clear communication will be essential in ensuring our creative vision is brought to lifeon time and on budget.

Responsibilities include :

• Coordinate and manage all logistics and schedules for video shoots, including location scouting, permitting, equipment rentals, and talent bookings
• Oversee production calendars, timelines, and call sheets to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
• Serve as the central point of communication between creative, production, marketing, post-production, and technical teams
• Ensure all video content aligns with the specific objectives and standards of direct response advertising
• Source, vet, hire, and onboard freelance crew and vendors as needed
• Monitor shoots (on-site) to ensure they run efficiently and adhere to creative direction
• Track and reconcile production expenses, maintaining accurate budgets across projects
• Maintain organized production files, including footage archives, release forms, documentation, and meeting notes
• Prepare materials for production meetings and document key decisions and action items
• Conduct research and gather resources to support production and department needs
