JOB DETAILS :

Job Name-  Licensed Practical Nurse

REPORTS TO :  RN Nursing Supervisor / Unit Manager / Center Nurse Executive

Specialty-  LPN – Rehab skilled nursing

Patient Ratios :  Varies 1 : 10 to 1 : 15

Must Have Skills / Experience :  Active BLS / CPR, Active LPN state license & 1+ year of LPN experience.

Job Type-  Local and travel contract

Radius rule for travel candidate-  Travel LPN' permanent home address should be 50-mile away or greater from the facility' address to be considered as a Travel LPN.

Work location- Onsite at 900 West Dolphin St Siler City NC 27344

Shift time-  12 hours shift. 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM

1st Week : 3 days of rotational shifts (Monday to Friday)

2nd Week : 1 day (any day from Monday to Friday) with a weekend included.

Weekend Hours :  Every other weekend required.

Weekly Guaranteed Hours :  36 / week.

Overtime Hours-  If needed by the Facility.

Contract duration-  9 week (s) of contract.

Bonus-  Will be a discussion with Agency Recruiter.

SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL / VOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• This position requires that the employee can read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
• Must provide verification of TST (tuberculin skin test) as required by state law and in accordance with Company policy. TSTs will be administered at the work site if required.
• Maintains current BLS / CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioural Centres; ALFs / ILFs as required by State).
