Buyer Position

As a Buyer, you will strategically source the highest quality items for the best value while ensuring prompt delivery. You will be responsible for functions related to procurement and scheduling of materials needed for production support and customer requirements. Youll support the labs who manufacture and repair products for the best customers from all over the world-from general, business and commercial aviation. To be successful in this role, youll need to be a strategic thinker with a proactive approach. Youll be part of the reason our customers consider us a premier instrument, avionics, and aircraft power solutions provider.

This position may be for you if :

• You have a Bachelors degree in Business or related field.
• You have experience with MRP information systems.
• You have minimum 2 years purchasing experience.
• You have knowledge of purchasing practices, policies, and procedures.
• You have experience with price negotiations and vendor sourcing.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office.
• You have strong attention to detail.
• You are organized, focused and results oriented.
• You are a problem-solver with critical thinking and prioritizing skills.
• You have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
