Lab Technician

The Fountain Group  is currently seeking a  ­­­­­­­­Lab Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in  ­­Trumbull, CT.  Details for the position are as follows :

Job Description :

• ONSITE : Monday-Friday 1st Shift
• Testing of cleansing formulations all done on paper.
• Evaluate, collect, and record data.
• Participates in organizing and performing creating documentation within established procedures while summarizing and reporting results.
• Uses a computer to enter data / information including charts and tables for communication of project results / details.
• Involved in documenting the production liquid cleansing products.
• Tests characteristics of formulas using established procedures.
• Maintain and file FDA paper files, lab data, & maintain files by year & the unique FDA documentation.
• Unpack & lift new Henkel product for testing, move & set-up product bins in the appropriate heated temperature-controlled chambers.
• Label each FDA product, check batch & UPC codes.
• File returned FDA product from the labs back in the appropriate bins in heated chambers.
• Detail orientated, create excel & word documents for projects using the appropriate Henkel forms.

Qualifications :

Compensation : $19-25 per hour depending on experience & education
