Ontic's Chatsworth, CA, site specializes in precision engineering, MRO, and new solutions for parts at risk of obsolescence. With over 1,400 employees across four time zones and nine sites, we have more than doubled in size since 2019 and are continuing to grow at pace.

Our team is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join them. You will report to the AP Lead and will have an onsite work structure in Chatsworth, CA.

To be considered for the Accounts Payable Clerk opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you :

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance preferred).
• 1+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
