Key Responsibilities :
Manage emails calendars and appointments
Handle data entry research and document organization
Assist with social media posting and basic content updates
Prepare reports presentations and meeting notes
Communicate professionally with clients and partners
Support special projects and general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
Must be based in the United States
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative support role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace Microsoft Office Zoom and project management software (Asana Trello etc.)
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :
Experience with social media management or basic design (Canva Buffer etc.)
Bookkeeping or invoicing experience
Customer support or CRM familiarity
