Loan Officer Opportunity

We are seeking eager, ambitious, and financially motivated individuals interested in pursuing a sales opportunity in a rapidly growing industry. This is a position for individuals who may have no prior experience to be trained by some of the most well-renowned salespeople nationwide and become established within a year. This is a fast track program to become a Loan Officer with one of the fastest grossing mortgage brokers in the country. The role is commission-heavy with a base salary included. Those that meet minimum performance standards will earn +100k in the first year. A Loan Officer helps individuals and businesses apply for and obtain loans. They evaluate loan applications, explain loan options, and guide clients through the approval process. Loan Officers work with banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions to ensure loans are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

• Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
• Learn and apply real sales tactics through hands-on coaching
• Take and make calls from warm leads from multiple referral and lead sources
• Learn how to use our CRM and loan origination systems
• Provide top-tier customer service to clients and referral partners
• Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives
• Work in a fast-paced, competitive team environment that rewards effort and results

Skills :

Individuals who succeed in this role may have come from a sales, customer service, or service industry role. Driven and self-motivated college graduates eager to launch their careers have demonstrated to be top candidates as well.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $30576.00 - $30576.00 / yr.

Workplace Type :

This is a fully onsite position in Scottsdale, AZ.
