Position : Senior Desktop Support Technician

Location : ONSITE 5 days / week in Northbrook UL office, will also need to be able to go to Chicago office occasionally.

Duration : Contract - 6-12 months

Overview :

ULS is seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support tech to provide top-notch support to our employees in Northbrook and Chicago, IL. As a key member of our team, they will be responsible for ensuring that all computers, Conference room technology and related equipment are functioning properly while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Support the enterprise on Windows 11, MacOS, mobile, and IT needs
• Support conference room AV equipment, including Crestron, AirMedia, Mercury and XiO Cloud
• Repair hardware including laptops and desktops
• Install, move, and / or remove computer equipment as required for user physical moves
• Prioritize, monitor, update, and close all tickets received via the IT Service Desk tracking system, telephone calls and / or SNC personnel "walk-ups"
• Address and resolve IT incidents and service requests and escalate to the appropriate upper tier IT teams when necessary
• Create internal documentation and end-user training materials
• Maintain corporate standards, follow departmental procedures and clearly document projects as required for Audit compliance
• Local travel required for onsite support
