Description

Reusable launch systems are the key to seamlessly connecting Earth and space and talent is at the heart of that mission. As a full-cycle recruiter at Stoke youll be pivotal in advancing our goals by hiring exceptional talent across our teams. Youll partner closely with our hiring managers to identify engage and hire the best in the industry while helping shape our recruiting strategies and scalable hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance to secure top talent
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements write compelling job descriptions and develop innovative hiring strategies
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing networking and referrals
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve and scale our processes
• Build teams that reflect Stokes culture and drive our mission forward

ITAR Requirements

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen lawful permanent resident of the U.S. protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
