We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Document Entry Operator to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of documents and records into digital formats. This is a fully remote, entry-level position that offers flexible hours and minimal supervision.
Responsibilities :
Input and update data from physical or digital documents into designated systems or databases
Verify accuracy of information before and after data entry
Organize, label, and file digital documents appropriately
Perform regular data quality checks
Follow company guidelines for data confidentiality and document handling
Report any discrepancies or data issues to supervisors
Meet daily or weekly productivity goals
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (typing, file management, internet navigation)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) or Google Workspace
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and a personal computer or laptop
Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is a plus but not required
