A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes for employees and contractors. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for 250+ employees and contractors Ensure accurate payroll information and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data Assist HR with new hire paperwork and manage payroll-related inquiries Required Qualifications 2-3 years of payroll experience required; Quickbooks experience preferred Working knowledge of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) Experience in handling wage garnishments and payroll compliance Ability to work with accounting on payroll transaction reconciliation Experience in providing support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
