About the Role

The Account Executive Manager team is responsible for driving revenue growth across our suite of solutions byleading and mentoring a team of high-performing Account Executives. We promote a culture of solving real problems that have a huge impact on our customers businesses leveraging the combined strength ofCrunchtime and QSR Automationsto simplify and unify restaurant back-of-house technology needs.

As an Account Executive Manager you would be responsible for.

What youll do as an Account Executive Manager

  • Lead a team of 6 Account Executives to develop and drive sales opportunities across the Commercial Segment
  • Facilitate a culture of performance and accountability across the Commercial AE teams in the US and UK
  • Coach and develop the teams skill set as well as individual growth
  • Manage activities pipelines forecasts and closed deals to ensure above-quota results based on successful pipeline management
  • Provide accurate forecasts to the VP of Inside Sales
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and launch initiatives to drive both new business and expansion revenue within our enterprise segment
  • Responsible for recruiting hiring and training new AEs

What were looking for

  • A minimum of 1-2 years managing sales reps preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Successful track record of leading teams to exceed their goals
  • Experience negotiating deals that are $80K-300K ARR
  • Deep understanding of value-based sales and managing sales cycles efficiently
  • Strong ability to coach key skill sets with a performance-management mindset
  • Experience recruiting onboarding and training AEs
  • Ability to review KPI data to identify trends in execution and to create action plans if necessary
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative and innovative high-growth environment
  • Nice to haves

  • Experience with using GAP Selling and MEDDICC in pipeline reviews
  • Data-oriented mindset someone who is very comfortable looking at data to drive decisions
  • Experience working closely with an SDR team to ensure a productive and tight alignment between AEs and SDRs
  • Education and Experience :

  • Bachelors degree
  • Essential Physical & Mental Requirements :

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk

  • Ability to listen and speak over the phone or Zoom calls

    Sales Compensation :

    The anticipated annualized base salary range for this full time position will be $110000 to $130000 plus a variable compensation range of $110000 to $130000 governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives).

    Actual compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to job-related skills qualifications education experience and location. Crunchtime has a location-based compensation system so someone doing the same job in a different city might have a different pay range.
