Job Title : Estimator

Location : Cumming, Georgia

Salary : $100,000 - $135,000

Are you an experienced Estimator looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic and growing General Contractor? Our client, based in Cumming, Georgia, specializes in retail, medical, senior living, and education projects. They are seeking a talented Estimator to join their team, providing accurate cost evaluations that drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including conceptual, hard bids, and negotiated bids.
  • Analyze project documents, specifications, and blueprints to develop accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project scope and budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or client expectations.
  • Maintain and update cost databases, market trends, and pricing strategies.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in retail, medical, senior living, or education construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of estimating techniques, construction processes, and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar tools).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
