What You Will Do :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for :

• Designs develops and revises complex interactive virtual learning and / or instructor-led courses of a technical nature.
• Ensures integrity of task analysis training requirements training hierarchies instructional materials and evaluation plans.
• Converts written materials and / or training requirements to online and / or instructor-led interactive courseware.
• Develops flow diagrams and storyboards to design instructionally sound eLearning solutions using a variety of delivery media.
• Experience working with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content.
• Develops course manuals training aids and audio / video materials as needed to enhance training.

The annual salary range for this position is $74000.00-$124000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill sets experience and training security clearances licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
