    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Division Chief for Clinical Research. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading the clinical research division, ensuring the strategic and operational management of clinical research activities. This role involves providing leadership in the development and implementation of clinical research protocols, managing a team of researchers and staff, and fostering a collaborative and productive research environment. The Division Chief will also be involved in the preparation and submission of research grants, as well as the dissemination of research findings through publications and presentations.

    Applicants for the Division Chief position should have a Ph.D. or M.D. with a strong background in clinical research. The role requires a proven track record in leading and managing clinical research programs, as well as experience in mentoring and training research staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, and a deep commitment to advancing the field of clinical research. A thorough understanding of regulatory and ethical issues in clinical research is essential.
