We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for rooming patients, preparing rooms for patient visits, and collecting and entering patient information into our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Our clinic specializes in a variety of care areas, including chiropractic, alternative medicine, spine care, and pain management. The Medical Assistant will also receive training to set up rooms for procedures in specialty areas, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Rooming and Preparation : Room patients and prepare examination rooms for patient visits, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Data Collection and Entry : Collect vital information from patients and accurately enter data into the EMR system.
• Assist in Specialized Care : Support various types of care, including chiropractic, alternative medicine, spine care, and pain management, by assisting healthcare providers during patient visits.
• Procedure Room Setup : Set up rooms for procedures in specialty areas, following specific protocols and guidelines to ensure readiness and safety.

This position operates Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8am to 4 : 30pm or 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm depending on clinic schedule. The primary location is in Menomonee Falls but may occasionally require coverage in Wauwatosa. The work environment offers learning and growth opportunities as the clinic is part of a teaching hospital.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wauwatosa, WI.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
