Nurse Practitioner (NP) PRN, Per-visit HRAs

Overview

PRN NP, 8-12hrs per week. 1x HRA / Annual Medicare Wellness Exams. We keep visits to a 30 mile radius of your home! $145.00 per in-home visit (includes milage) & $85.00 for telehealth visits.
