What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead reimbursement strategy and MDS oversight across several states and payer systems.
• Provide expert-level audit and consulting support to on-site MDS and clinical teams.
• Stay ahead of CMS, PDPM, and Medicaid updates, then turn complex regulations into clear, actionable guidance.
• Partner with operations, finance, and quality teams to drive rate optimization and maintain airtight compliance.
• Mentor and develop MDS Coordinators to strengthen documentation integrity and elevate outcomes.
• Travel frequently to facilities within the organization’s regional network (expect regular monthly travel).
