    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Head of Compensation Design to lead a team of experts in creating and implementing innovative, long-term compensation strategies on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the annual compensation planning process, including the development of compensation cycle reviews and recommendations. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build frameworks, foster partnerships, and make data-driven decisions to meet the company's evolving needs. The Head of Compensation Design will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with regulations, managing market pricing activities, and maintaining a deep knowledge of internal and external market compensation practices.

    Applicants for the Head of Compensation Design position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' of experience, with a focus on global compensation programs in high-growth technology environments. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in compensation strategy, competitive pay evaluation, and the design of incentive programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and financial skills, be adept at anticipating future trends, and have experience with tools and methodologies that enhance employee experiences and enable data-driven decision-making. A strong background in crafting and articulating business plans, as well as experience with Workday, is strongly preferred. The Head of Compensation Design must be an authentic individual with outstanding integrity, self-motivated, and aligned with the company's mission and values.
