• Preferred Schedule : 8a-5p Mon - Fri Candidates need to be able to provide full-time coverage, or at least 2 weeks per month for at least 6 months No call Preferred candidates who can cover 6 months or more for consistency of patient care
• Worksite Setting : Clinic Northern Colorado
• Scope of Work : Clinic coverage only No hospital coverage Provider will cover 2 clinic locations, one day at a time Must be able to do EMGs and general neurology No trauma Must be computer proficient
• Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active CO license and DEA Board certified Preferred fellowship trained Current CV 3 references ACLS BLS
