What We're Looking For :

  • Experience : 1+ year in shipping / receiving or warehouse operations . (pallet / manufacturing experience a plus) .
  • Tech Savvy : Familiarity with TMS / WMS or inventory management systems a plus .
  • Software Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) .
  • Strong Attention to Detail : Ability to track shipments and spot discrepancies .
  • Communication & Organization : Work well with internal teams and external partners .

    • What You'll Do :

  • Process and verify incoming shipments-ensure everything matches work orders.
  • Prepare outgoing pallet loads and keep shipments on schedule .
  • Maintain accurate shipping & receiving records-digital logs & documentation .
  • Coordinate loading and unloading schedules with carriers and drivers .
  • Be the main point of contact for truck drivers, vendors, and visitors .
  • Use inventory management software (COLT / Blue Yonder) to optimize workflow .
  • Perform pre-shift door checks, assign loads, and coordinate with forklift drivers .
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company policies (OSHA, MSDS, etc.)
  • Support office management, accounting, and customer service as needed .
