Job Title

Handle a diverse range of tasks assigned by one or more partners to support the daily administration of retirement plans across all markets.

Responsibilities :

  • Review and research work requests to determine the best course of action.
  • Identify client needs and develop action plans; follow through to completion.
  • Monitor and ensure completion of recurring tasks for assigned internal partners.
  • Validate information and identify / submit updates as needed.
  • May handle certain client relationship responsibilities.
  • May be assigned to cross-functional projects based on area of competency / expertise.

Qualifications :

  • Associate's degree in a business field or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of experience in the retirement, financial, or client services industry.
  • General understanding of the retirement industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Analytical and research skills to obtain / evaluate information necessary to take the appropriate course of action.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency using MS Office.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Office environment.
  • Compensation :

    The salary for this position generally ranges between $42,500-$52,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.

    Bonus Eligibility :

    This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan / Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion.
