Reports Preparation and Analysis : Extracts data from Eligibility Auditor and Kan Learn. Prepares and / or proofs reports in preparation for publication or dissemination. This involves reconciling data, recognizing trends, and identifying data gaps. Produces weekly, monthly, quarterly quality reports.

Examples

Overdue / unresolved coaching requests / audits, Kan Learn training enrollment / completion, trending quality issues, and ad hoc reports as requested. Monitor the Contractor’s compliance to Quality & Training SLAs and calculates liquidated damages. Utilizes multiple computer programs to corroborate the data and prepare the final report / product.

Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following :

Communication & Collaboration : Serves as the central liaison for all Medicaid Eligibility Training and Quality reporting activities. This role is responsible for effectively communicating data findings and analysis outcomes to teams and recommending appropriate actions, such as updates to various resources or the development of targeted trainings. Coordinates with internal stakeholders to create and distribute clear, actionable instructions for staff involved in Corrective Action Planning. Gather feedback from trainees and supervisors to assess the effectiveness of training programs. This position is expected to track reporting schedules and progress / updates to needed parties as identified by management. May recommend policy and procedural changes based on trending areas of concern. May oversee staff performing sections of a research project / program. Forecasts and tracks trends, along with training needs.

Qualifications

  • Education : High School, GED
  • Licensing & Certification : Valid Driver's License - Incumbent is required to have and maintain a valid driver's license when operating a state vehicle, a private vehicle, or a rental vehicle for the benefit of the State
  • Minimum Qualifications :   Two years of experience in collecting, evaluating, studying or reporting on statistical, economic, fiscal / budget, legislative or administrative data. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agencyWord, Excel, PowerPoint, AccessProofreading, editing, attention to detailAnalytical SkillsOrganization SkillsAbility to synthesize data and report findings to a diverse groupWritten and verbal communication skillsAbility to create charts, graphs, and use excel formulas
  • Preferred Qualifications :   Bachelor’s Degree – Any area of study
