Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations aligning with clients' requirements. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to refine CGS’s business development strategies continually. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Represent CGS with professionalism and integrity, consistently upholding our brand values. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management preferably within the security services or related industries. Strong understanding of service and staffing industries. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Extraordinary organization and writing abilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Location : Kent, Washington (in-person position)
- Salary : $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience
- 100% employer-paid Medical / Denta / Vision Insurance + complimentary Life Insurance
