Title : Project Administrator
Type : Contract-to-hire
Schedule : M-F : 7am-4pm
Location : San Diego, CA (92123) - ONSITE
Pay : $20-25 / hour
Industry : Civil & Environmental Engineering
Qualifications :
- 1+ year of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or assistant duties
- Proficient in Excel
- Must be able to work onsite 5x / week
Responsibilities :
Work with various teams on scheduling meetings and managing correspondence for smooth operationsOrganize and maintain physical and digital files for easiest storage and retrievalAssist and track invoicing, expenses, and budget preparationWork with suppliers on invoicing, inventory management and delivery standardsSupport preparation of reports to maintain compliance with company and industry standards
