Rehab Program ManagerDOR, Full Time (PT and COTA)

Overview

Are you a current or emerging Rehab Leader with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population If so our Rehab Team at Brethren Village in Lancaster PA is seeking its next employee-owner.

Responsibilities

As a Director of Rehab (Program Manager) you will be responsible for supervision of the rehab staff and therapy activities in the community. As the leader of our interdisciplinary team you will act as a trusted partner for the client and community along with maintaining expected productivity standards. More importantly you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Therapy (PTA PT COTA OT or SLP).
• Hold a valid state license.
• Previous managerial experience of at least one year required in SNF / LTC settting.
• At least 2 years experience in acute care long term care / skilled nursing
• Nethealth Experience
