Aaratech Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Junior Business Analyst to support our project teams with requirements gathering, process documentation, basic data analysis, and solution delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in business analysis while working closely with senior BAs, project managers, and technical teams.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys understanding business problems, learning new tools, documenting processes, and contributing to technology-driven solutions. This role provides hands-on exposure to SDLC, Agile practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

- ?? Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Assist in collecting and documenting business and functional requirements
- Support senior analysts during requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and interviews
- Write User Stories , acceptance criteria, and simple use cases under guidance
- Maintain project documentation in tools like JIRA and Confluence
- ?? Process Documentation
- Create basic workflow diagrams, process maps, and step-by-step procedure documents
- Help analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies or improvement areas
- Support business users in mapping "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes
- ?? Stakeholder Support
- Act as an assistant liaison between business users and technical teams
- Clarify smaller requirements and follow up on action items
- Communicate updates to team members and assist in preparing meeting notes
- ?? Data & Reporting Assistance
- Perform basic data validation and analysis using Excel or SQL
- Assist in preparing dashboards, KPI reports, or simple visualizations
- Verify accuracy of datasets used for project decisions
- ?? Testing & Implementation Support
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios and tracking defects
- Validate that delivered features match business expectations
- Assist with user onboarding, training material preparation, and process documentation during go-live
- ? Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Management, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience as a BA, intern, or similar analytical role
- Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile / Scrum concepts
- Ability to write simple requirements, user stories, and documentation
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, JIRA, Confluence, or Visio
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Preferred (Plus, Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to data analysis (Excel formulas, basic SQL)
- Understanding of workflow diagrams or process modeling tools
- Coursework or certification in Business Analysis (IIBA, CCBA, Agile)
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
