We seek qualified individuals searching for an exciting and rewarding position as a Travel / Repatriation C oordinator in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We are looking for someone who can think critically, adapt quickly, and make sound decisions that drive results.

The Ideal candidate must enjoy paying attention to details.

Applicants should possess an Associate’s Degree or higher.

Starting Pay : $22 / hr (with increase after training based on performance)

We provide full training. If you’re adaptable, eager to learn, and can think on your feet, you’ll succeed here.

Shifts Available - PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO APPLICANTS WITH OPEN AVAILIBILITY

Shift A (Full-time) : Thurs–Sun, 12 : 00–20 : 00

Shift B (Full-time) : Thurs–Sun, 16 : 00–24 : 00

Shift C (Part-time) : Wed or Thurs–Sun, 23 : 00–08 : 30

Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Balance competing priorities with logic and structured thinking
• Coordinate patient travel logistics including but not limited to flights and ambulances.
• Communicate with clients and service providers by phone and e-mail
• Quote incoming mission requests in a timely manner
• Monitor the status of missions in progress, and address any questions or concerns as they arise
• Analyze situations quickly and apply critical thinking to make safe, informed decisions
• Advancement within the company is possible
