Position Details :

Role : Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

Location : Pleasant View Nursing Home – Monroe, WI

Schedule : 3x12 Night Shift

Weekends : Rotating weekends required

Contract Type : Travel / Temporary Assignment

Setting : Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

About the Opportunity :

Responsibilities Include :

Delivering direct patient care in a long-term care setting

Conducting assessments and documenting resident conditions

Administering medications and treatments per facility protocols

Working collaboratively with nursing staff, CNAs, and leadership

Ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations

Supporting continuity of care across rotating weekend shifts

Qualifications :

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Wisconsin or compact)

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (LTC / SNF experience preferred)

Current BLS certification

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
