Trillium Construction is now hiring for the unique role of Data Courier in Dallas, TX!

Always 40 hours a week!! Paying $26 / hour + gas stipend!!

Data Courier Robotics, Computer, and Mechanical Systems Overview : Below outlines the services required of the Data Courier to support the field operation of robotic fleet assets. This position will work on a daily to semi-daily basis, under the direction of the Operations team and may be dispatched to field sites as needed. This role requires a unique combination of computer use, written reporting, punctuality and assertive and safe driving.

Scope of Work : This position shall perform the following tasks as directed by the Company :

Field Data Service & Inspections : Travel to remote job sites to perform data removal on fleet assets. Perform cleaning of sensors and robotic equipment. Conduct physical and electronic inspections of robotics platforms and heavy machinery. Complete standardized inspection checklists with accuracy and completeness.
Reporting & Communication : Accurately document activities in company fleet systems. Report findings to his Manager with clear, concise, factual technical communication.
Travel, Vehicle & Scheduling : This position must be available for long-distance day and / or night travel (100+ miles) with a personal vehicle. The personal vehicle must be capable of driving off-pavement and in construction zones. Flexibility is required to adjust to varying equipment deployment and service schedules, including early mornings or weekends when necessary.

Deliverables : The following outputs are expected from the position :

Data offloading daily per machine as outlined in this statement of work. This will require laptop connections, cleaning procedures, and climbing off and on the machinery as required.

Completed inspection checklists for each asset serviced.

Service logs and reports submitted within 12 hours of task completion.

Performing the necessary ticketing and information upkeep in fleet management software.

Visiting data center for data uploading.

Weekly availability reports or check-ins as requested.

Accurate timekeeping documentation.

This is a remote position working from construction sites, from car and machinery; off-highway, On-highway, fields, rural areas, etc. Some driving may exceed 100 miles / day.

Position Qualifications : Demonstrated experience and strong interest in computers, robotics, and technology. Ability to read technical procedures. Field-capable and comfortable working in rugged, outdoor, or dirty conditions. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to notice small discrepancies. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Adaptable to changing requirements and high ambiguity environments. Ability to interface with operations teams and explain findings in non-technical language as needed. Physically able to climb on and off equipment, lift components, and work in confined or elevated spaces. Must pass pre-employment screenings. Must possess transportation capable of traversing all road conditions (will require offroad driving on construction sites to access machines to perform work.) Reliable, punctual, and capable of self-directed work under remote supervision.
