Summary :

The Marketing & Technical Documentation Co-op will support the creation, organization, and standardization of customer-facing product data sheets for key product lines within the packaging portfolio. This role will bridge the gap between marketing, product management, and technical teams to ensure that every data sheet accurately communicates the value, performance, and technical benefits of our packaging products.

The co-op will learn how technical information is translated into clear, market-ready documents that help customers make informed choices and strengthen brand consistency across global regions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Data Sheet Development

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and quality teams to collect technical data (, material specs, barrier properties, dimensions, regulatory notes).
• Translate technical details into clear, customer-friendly language emphasizing product value and application benefits.
• Apply consistent brand templates, design layouts, and version control practices.
• Partner with marketing to align tone, visuals, and messaging with broader product positioning.

Key Outcome : Deliver a complete set of standardized customer data sheets for top product lines in the packaging portfolio, ready for digital and print distribution.

2. Information Organization & Repository Setup

Key Outcome : Establish a Product Data Sheet Library that serves as a single source of truth for internal and external use.

3. Market & Customer Relevance Alignment

Key Outcome : Produce a competitive content matrix highlighting key differentiators and recommendations to enhance product positioning.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Key Outcome : Deliver a cross-functional workflow document showing the review and approval process for future data sheet updates.
