Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline. Manage employee benefits programs, payroll compliance, and ensure adherence to labor laws. Lead change management initiatives and collaborate on talent development programs to enhance engagement and performance. Utilize HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and continuously improve processes. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Human Services, or equivalent 10+ years of full cycle Human Resources experience. Full understanding of the interpretation and application of the Federal, State, local Labor laws to support the business operations while minimizing the associated risk of non-compliance.

Salary : $155,000-$175,000 + bonus
