Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- 8–12 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in a product-based or SaaS company
- Proven experience creating onboarding documentation and user guides for cross-functional teams
- Strong ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in tools such as Confluence, Notion, or similar documentation platforms
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
