About the Role :

The Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator at Spices USA Inc plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and movement of inventory within the warehouse facility. This position is responsible for operating forklifts safely and effectively to load, unload, and transport goods, contributing directly to the smooth flow of supply chain operations. The role demands meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that all products are stored in compliance with safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with warehouse team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Ultimately, this position supports the company’s commitment to timely delivery and customer satisfaction by maintaining an organized and productive warehouse environment.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels, documents, and record inventory data.
