Clinical Note AI Agent Product Management Leader
The Clinical Note AI Agent Product Management Leader will be responsible for defining and executing the global strategy for our rapidly expanding product - Clinical Note AI Agent. This role will drive product innovation and growth across multiple geographies and specialties, lead cross-functional collaboration, and ensure seamless integration with healthcare systems and key stakeholders, including government and reimbursement teams. This is a hands-on product management role with people responsibilities.
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and own the product strategy for the Clinical Note AI Agent to drive continued growth and global expansion.
Customer Value
Ensure the Clinical Note AI agent provides measurable business value across customer bases, including Emergency Departments, Inpatient settings, and 18+ specialties across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Government Engagement
Serve as the principal product manager for Department of Defense (DoD) and Veterans Affairs (VA) relationships, ensuring the product meets agency requirements and delivers value.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner closely with the EHRM documentation team to ensure seamless integration with the new EHRM system, and with the reimbursement team to align DQI agent capabilities with documentation standards.
Market Awareness
Monitor competitive landscape to drive differentiated features and ensure product leadership.
Team Leadership
Manage a team of 3-4 direct reports, with the potential to grow as the team scales.
Required Qualifications
8+ years proven experience as inbound product leader having launched products and leading product managers. Experience leading products or AI initiatives in clinical or healthcare technology environments. Demonstrated success in driving global strategy and complex cross-functional projects. Strong understanding of EHR systems and healthcare documentation requirements. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Clinical experience as a nurse or physician with a deep product management skills. Understanding of reimbursement and quality improvement processes as they relate to clinical documentation. Experience with international market expansion in healthcare AI.
Responsibilities
As a Director in the product development division, you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
