JOBSUMMARY :

Directlyin charge of schedulingdrivers to make deliveries andpick up packages from customers and as a liaison between customers drivers and management.

Shift Tuesday-Saturday 8am to 5pm

• Communicatingwithcustomersandvendorsaboutfreightdetailspickupanddrop-offtimesandspecialrequests
• Planningpredeterminedroutesfordrivers
• Identifyingtrafficproblemsandissuesandcreatingappropriatecorrectiveactionplanstoachievedesirable results on time.
• Preparing general dispatch documents for managementas well as pullinganydocuments that employeescustomers or vendors will need
• Maintainarecordofalldispatchcallsdriverroutesroutechangesaswellasdeliveryandpick-uptimes
• Monitoringtruckrepairsandmaintenanceschedules
• Loggingvendorcomplaintsorconcerns
• Answeringphonecallsfromvendorscustomersandmanagementandhelpingthemasneeded.

Pay Range : $21.50-$23.50

The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
