About the Role

The Company is actively seeking a knowledgeable Fractional CFO to enhance their advisory team. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated executive with a robust background in strategic finance, FP&A, and technical accounting, particularly within high-growth, investor-backed firms. This role entails acting as an interim or part-time CFO for client organizations, delivering exceptional financial leadership in vital areas such as long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital strategy.

The Fractional CFO will guide technical accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring alignment with complex regulatory standards and spearheading audit readiness initiatives. Applicants should possess a CPA and / or MBA,, with a minimum of 12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including time spent at a Big 4 or national public accounting firm. A proven history as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance leader within PE-backed, public, or high-growth companies is essential. Experience in fractional, interim, or consulting-based CFO roles will be highly valued.

Successful candidates will display a deep knowledge of technical accounting standards and financial reporting requirements and a history of developing robust FP&A processes and tools. Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior leadership are necessary attributes. Exposure to industries such as SaaS, healthcare, manufacturing, or consumer products will be advantageous.
