Job Summary

PeopleFun is seeking a Lead QA Analyst to support a new game through worldwide launch. You'll lead QA strategy, oversee testing, ensure quality standards, and coordinate efforts across teams to deliver a polished, high-quality product.

Key Responsibilities

Own QA strategy and execution from development through worldwide launch, ensuring efficient, high-quality testing throughout the process.

Define and manage testing workflows, including the start and end dates of testing, the necessary tools and test plans, and the criteria for QA approval.

Track and drive bug resolution, stay involved in issue discussions, own key bugs, and help the team stay on schedule.

Plan ahead for each release, identifying tool, resource, and outsourcing needs early, and coordinating timelines with other teams.

Support and lead the QA team, assigning tasks based on strengths, onboarding new testers, and sharing tools and knowledge.

Keep QA efforts visible and evolving, providing regular updates, joining retros, and improving processes as project needs change.

Provide hands-on testing and executing on test plans.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

5+ years of professional experience in video game quality assurance (mobile experience preferred).

2+ years of professional experience leading QA teams across a product in different life cycles.

Demonstrated experience working within a highly collaborative, cross-functional work environment with the ability to understand complex technical requirements and create organized, detail-oriented development roadmaps and schedules.

PeopleFun provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $72-$95k. Base compensation at PeopleFun is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits.
