Job Summary

Director of Sales and Operations Planning at Kizik, this is a high-profile role with the expectation to oversee and serve as the subject matter expert in all areas of Sales Planning, including but not limited to : KPI reporting, data analysis and management, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of key customers and products. You will maintain clear communication and expectations with key stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, inventory planning, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads S&OP processes, which includes coordinating regular meetings with the cross-functional S&OP team.
  • Develop systems, tools and processes to better manage each channel forecast. (E-comm, Amazon, Wholesale, Retail, International)
  • Develop a consensus forecast with input from the key functional areas, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • Focus on accuracy in an iterative environment requiring continuous communications with S&OP team and key stakeholders
  • Develop, prepare, and align on product assortments, considering door count and retail partners with a strategy for sell-in and sell-through.
  • Conduct business reviews covering allocation, forecasting, sell-in, sell-through velocity, and performance against plan.
  • Identify & communicate future product needs to support multi-year sales plans in collaboration with Account Manager and Commercial Pods
  • Collaborate with Ops. key stakeholders for “rough cut” capacity planning, with Factory partners down to the style level
  • Continuously monitor and update incoming inventory and inventory levels for the different channels.
  • Collaborate with Ops. key stakeholders to develop inventory strategies on existing, new and discontinued items across the supply chain to support customer service levels and attainment of business and financial goals
  • Be informed of current best-in-class practices and bring them into the organization as appropriate

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of sales planning, analytics, Inventory management experience.
  • Strong understanding of retail metrics with the ability to interpret and act on data to drive positive business outcomes.
  • Proactive self-starter capable of initiating and completing tasks independently without direct supervision.
  • Skilled in collecting data from multiple sources and transforming it into demand-driven, actionable reports and analyses.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
