Brokers Assistant

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Brokers Assistant to join a team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fully remote position with a dynamic and fast-growing insurance organization. The successful candidate will support a Senior Broker in managing a diverse book of business primarily focused on binding business across multiple lines of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance. If you have a strong background in wholesale brokerage and are familiar with binding markets we encourage you to apply.

Compensation Package

• Salary : $65000 - $72000 annually (hourly role)
• Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k)
• Work Environment : Fully remote position (must be able to work PST hours)
